Delete my data

You can have everything Haven Report holds about you deleted: your lead record, your scans and reports, your hub account, the messages your business number sent and received, and anything a connected app (Facebook, Instagram, Google) shared with us. Ask either way below and a person at Haven Report deletes it and confirms by email, normally within 7 days and always within 30.

Delete my data

We confirm to that same email address once it is done. If we hold nothing under it, we say so.

What is kept

Records the law requires us to keep: the consent you gave when you ran a scan or signed up (the date and the words you were shown), and payment records for anything you bought. These are kept only as long as the law requires and are not used to contact you.

Facebook, Instagram and Google

If you connected an app, deleting your data here also removes the access token and anything it shared with us. You can revoke the connection on their side too: Facebook and Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites; Google at myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps.
